（中央社台北16日電）中國大陸山東省濟南市商河開發區一處化工廠昨晚發生爆炸事件，更有鹽酸罐體外洩，火勢在晚間10時餘撲滅，所幸無人傷亡。

大陸齊魯網報導，發生爆炸的濟南上源新型材料有限公司為生產水泥添加劑的企業，近期從二手市場購買廢舊反應釜，用於生產。

工人15日晚間8時左右用清水沖洗反應釜過程中，發生危險狀況，工人迅速撤離後，發生爆炸。

報導表示，爆炸導致罐體周邊綠化植被燃燒，燃燒面積約為6平方公尺。反應釜容積為5立方公尺。附近有鹽酸罐體洩漏，罐體容積大約4立方公尺。

報導提到，爆炸火勢於昨天晚間10時5分撲滅，所幸無人員傷亡。1060216

史上最古老的膠原蛋白，藏在恐龍化石裡！由台灣主導的國際研究團隊，歷經2年，成功從1.95億年前的「雲南祿豐龍」肋骨化石微血管中，發現保存完整的膠原蛋白，為目前已知全球最古老的膠原蛋白，可望更進一步解開恐龍起源與演化之謎。

有助解謎恐龍演化史

全球「恐龍熱」不曾退燒，電影《侏儸紀公園》中，科學家從琥珀裡的蚊子提取出恐龍血液、從中取得DNA進而複製恐龍，恐龍起源與演化、甚至複製，也是科學家致力解開的謎。

由國家同步輻射研究中心博士李耀昌帶領的團隊，有別於過去將恐龍骨頭溶解後萃取膠原蛋白的「破壞性檢測」，利用獨步全球的台灣光子源技術，使用10微米高解析度「同步輻射紅外光譜顯微術」，在厚度相當於頭髮直徑3分之1的化石試片進行非破壞式二維空間掃描。

團隊透過比對「分子指紋」，證實在祿豐龍肋骨化石的微血管通道中發現第一型膠原蛋白，為血管壁主要成分。李耀昌說，非破壞性檢測真實呈現膠原蛋白在化石中的原始樣貌，有助解開膠原蛋白能保存1.95億年的關鍵。

關鍵保護赤鐵黏結層

研究發現，膠原蛋白被「赤鐵黏結層」緊密包覆，類似食品防腐抗菌包裝，保護不被細菌等外來物分解。赤鐵黏結層由赤鐵礦微粒聚晶組成，主成分為血紅素與含鐵蛋白分解產物，其中鐵離子大幅降低膠原蛋白被分解的機率。

團隊起初在化石中發現一顆顆深紅色球狀物，曾興奮以為是紅血球、代表發現恐龍血液。李耀昌笑說，電影情節成真「不是不可能」，但DNA非常脆弱，至今仍存在的機會微乎其微，仍須蒐集更完整DNA訊號。

他也說，若蒐集更多膠原蛋白樣品，透過「蛋白質序列解析」回推DNA密碼、比對一般認為與恐龍相近的鳥類、鱷魚等生物，可望追溯恐龍演化過程，解開恐龍起源與演化之謎。該研究成果榮登國際頂尖期刊《自然通訊》（Nature Communications）。
